Common faults
During the use of the cleaning machine, it is inevitable that faults will occur. In case of problems, carefully find out the causes according to different fault phenomena.
The spray gun does not spray water
1. The water inlet and water inlet filter are blocked.
2. The nozzle is blocked.
3. The heating spiral pipe is blocked, and scale shall be removed if necessary.
Unstable outlet pressure
1. The water supply is insufficient.
2. Air suction pipeline is caused by pipeline rupture, no detergent is inserted into the cleaner nozzle, etc.
3. The nozzle is worn.
4. High pressure water pump seal leaks.
Burner misfiring
1. The air intake is insufficient and white smoke is emitted.
2. Fuel filter, fuel pump and fuel nozzle are dirty and blocked.
4. The solenoid valve is damaged.
5. The ignition electrode position changes and the spark is too weak.
6. High voltage ignition coil is damaged.
7. The pressure switch is damaged.
In case of the above problems with the high-temperature and high-pressure washer, the user can find out the causes and eliminate the faults. However, in case of serious failures such as water leakage of pump body and oil leakage of crankcase, the washer shall be sent to a professional maintenance department with complete accessories and strong technical force for repair, so as to avoid unnecessary economic losses.
